OtlobTabib program licensing agreement between Innovation Technology and the end-user

Your request to book a medical service through OtlobTabib through the online application for OtlobTabib or through the website for OtlobTabib means your agreement and acceptance of these terms and conditions and all amendments that may occur to them.
