Seven Commandments for irritable bowel syndrome patients

Sixth commandment:

Drinking water is useful in all cases, removes toxins from the body especially that affects the stomach and colon. It also helps to regulate the process of excretion and helps the colon to perform his functions.

There are some foods that soothe irritable bowel such as; having teaspoon of honey in the morning, eating dates, which considers as a natural nerves’ sedative as well as low-fat yogurt contains bacteria helps the colon to function effectively.
