Prostate enlargement:
An enlarged and inflamed prostate gland, which is a gland located directly behind the bladder in men. The prostate produces fluid (semen) that grows and transports sperm. Prostatitis produces difficult and painful urination. In addition to other symptoms such as pain between the thighs, pelvic area and genitals, and sometimes flu-like symptoms. Prostatitis affects men of all ages, but it is most common among people 50 years of age or younger. Many causes cause this condition. Often the cause cannot be known.
